The CL-1200i utilizes the Enzymatic Enhanced Chemiluminescence principle based on Paramagnetic Microparticle technology.

Reaction Mechanism: It employs Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) labeled antibodies and AMPPD substrate. This combination generates a high-intensity glow signal, providing superior sensitivity for detecting analytes at the picogram level ($10^{-12}$ g).
Separation Technology: The system uses a high-performance magnetic separation unit with a 4-stage washing process to effectively remove unbound substances, significantly improving the signal-to-noise ratio and diagnostic specificity.
